We can staff anything from a single guard pool to a multi pool complex with several guards! 

We work with each of our clients to determine their specific needs.  Our lifeguards can vacuum the pool, handle guest sign-ins, tidy locker rooms, do chem tests, and perform light-maintenance. 

We enforce your provided rule list, and make recommendations to management where we see fit. 

Our uniformed and certified lifeguards bring their own rescue tubes, resuscitation masks, and first-aid packs.  Your residents will appreciate your concern for their safety and having a trained lifeguard with first-aid supplies available at all times.  We can also perform safety inspections and recommend equipment replacements if needed.  

If you currently manage your own aquatics staff, you know how difficult it can be to fill shifts and keep track of everyone!  We take this responsibility off your hands and do the work for you.  We typically keep a key safe on-site which our lifeguards can access to open the pool area.  

We work on a contract basis - you'll receive your billing dates and amounts in advance and fill out a single 1099 at the end of the season.  No more countless hours spent calculating payroll and filling out employee tax forms!
